With more than 25 years of engineering, application development, and commercial strategy experience, he has built digital ecosystems, SaaS infrastructures, analytics-driven growth engines, and enterprise solutions for industries ranging from aviation to hospitality.
As founder of Ciint.com, Tod has led the development of performance-oriented platforms that elevate visibility, strengthen revenue systems, and unify fragmented industries into scalable networks. His vision for OHA is rooted in long-term, collaborative value: a shared-benefit ecosystem where every partner gains authority, visibility, and legitimate business opportunity through structured digital integration.

Stephen brings more than two decades of hospitality industry experience, with deep roots in luxury hotels, hospitality media, trade publications, and large-scale exhibition networks.
